1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

·         You cancel a service or booking within the eligible cancellation window.

·         You have not received the service or product as promised.

·         There is a valid issue or error from our side.

2. Non-refundable Items: Refunds will not be issued in the following case:s Change of mind after purchase or booking.

·         No-shows or late cancellations beyond the allowed time frame.

·         Services or products that have already been rendered or delivered.

·         Discounted or promotional items unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Refund Process

·         All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form.

·         Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

·         In case of delays, customers are advised to contact their payment provider.

4. Service-Specific Refunds 

·         Digital Services or Subscriptions: Partial refunds may be applicable based on usage or delivery stage.

·         Physical Products: Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging for a refund (if applicable).

Travel/Booking Services: Refunds are subject to the terms mentioned in the respective package or itinerary
